WeGoDanceTerms of use

1. The service
WeGoDance is a worldwide calendar of dance festivals, parties and classes, with maps, search (including Ask AI), articles, profiles, groups and messaging between dancers. It was created by dancers, for dancers.
2. Free of charge
WeGoDance is completely free during its launch phase. To fund the service afterwards, we may introduce advertising, clearly labelled sponsored placements, promo codes and partner offers, or optional paid features. Existing free features will not become paid without at least 30 days' notice, and you will never be asked to pay anything without your explicit consent.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or over and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- One account per person; organiser, school or brand accounts must represent a real organisation.
- You can delete your account at any time by writing to contact@wego.dance.
4. Event information
We check festival dates and information carefully, but most of it comes from organisers and may change. Before booking a ticket, travel or accommodation, always check with the organiser. WeGoDance does not organise the events listed and does not sell tickets for them.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you publish (photos, texts, events you submit). You grant us a free, worldwide licence to display it, adapt it to the website's format and translate it, in order to run and promote WeGoDance, for as long as it remains online. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to what you publish.
6. Code of conduct
Dance is about respect. The following are prohibited in particular: harassment, persistent unwanted messages, hateful or discriminatory content, unsolicited sexual content, scams and fake ticketing, spam and unauthorised advertising, impersonation, and automated collection of the website's data. Any member can report or block another member. We may remove content, and restrict or close any account that breaks these rules.
7. Advertising, partners and links
Sponsored placements and partner links (for example GetYourGuide or accommodation providers) are clearly labelled. WeGoDance may earn a commission on some bookings, at no extra cost to you. External websites are subject to their own terms.
8. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot guarantee this at all times. To the extent permitted by law, WeGoDance is not liable for event cancellations or changes, for exchanges between members, or for third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
The WeGoDance name, logo, design and website texts are protected. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
10. Changes
These terms may change. If there is a significant change, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance on the website or by email. Continuing to use WeGoDance after that date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a disagreement, please write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may bring a claim before the courts where you live.
